"The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was never going to be 5 star luxury but it had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, good bathroom. The location was excellent. Up a steep hill but let’s face it you’re not going to visit this area if you don’t expect to do a bit of climbing!! Great view. Excellent host, answered any questions immediately. Definitely recommend. Had a fantastic stay!"

"Margherita's apartment has a beautiful coastal feel, and view off the balcony could not be any better. The apartment is the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed at in any country. Margherita is a delight and very responsive. Monterosso is the village to stay in Cinque Terre and then visit the other villages from this home base. "We had an absolutely awesome time in Cinque Terre. The apartment was awesome even though there are 130 steps to reach it lol. We considered that our exercise to help balance all the great food we had in the seaside restaurant near by. The location is right next to the train station so it’s easy to travel by train from village to village. You have shops and bakeries and restaurants right at the foot of the steps. "We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"A beautiful and quiet place to stay with stunning views right from the windows. The shuttle bus took us into vernazza each morning and brought us back early each evening (taxi available after approx 7 pm if you miss the last shuttle). Julia was very responsive to communications. We had a lovely few days exploring the area. A perfect place to come back to for a restful retreat!!"
