"Could not be a better location in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It’s fine to pay $40 for valet parking, all hotels in the areas do the same. Disappointed there is no breakfast at all. Also no gym, and the pool is not practical. It’s time to renew their carpets in the corridors. Besides all this, it’s still highly recommended."

"Super quick check in. We were only staying one night and arrived in the evening. Room was big and spacious, really comfy beds. Staff helpful and really convenient location. Was only when we went to get ready the following day to check out that we saw big clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall....the rest of the room seemed clean. Also the pending payment for incidentals was charged rather than pending so having to follow up trying to get that back. Staff were helpful while we were there though...
