"Overall it is a wonderful place. Great location minutes from the stagecoach lift. it was a very roomy place for 3 families. There where a couple of issues like excessive trash in the garage (possible because of the holidays) and the shower did not drain well. I would recommend getting some better pillows."

"The property is advertised as 11 and 15. If you get the 11 - you are renting the 11 bedroom side of the property whose entrance is 1 level lower than the street level and it is essentially the lower 3 floors. The 4 bedroom part is the top 2 levels and the entrance is at the street level. If you are confused - wait until you rent the whole property (15 bedrooms). It is truly an amazing property. Not the best in terms of construction and it shows in the alignment of doors, windows, toilets etc...

"Felt like i was in my "home away from home". This house is perfect for family vacations and even multiple families. It easily sleept 8 people as stated, with plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was loaded with everything you may need, plus more. Hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go when we arrived. The sauna in the downstairs bathroom was amazing!!! So healing, I took at least one sauna each day we were there. Beautiful view from the outside deck. It was so quiet and peaceful drinking...

"Great location, plenty of room but has some basic upkeep issues. Could use some deep cleaning in areas such as dusting ceiling fans, wood blinds and ceiling vents. Had to call property manager for pump issue and hot tub but they responded very quickly and solved the problem. Overall really enjoyed our stay.!"

"The property is all that you need for a great Lake Tahoe visit. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen has all you need for meal preparation. The in floor heating was a plus. The bunk room downstairs would be perfect for kids and the upstairs en-suite bedrooms Good for 2 couples."

"We had an amazing time staying at 436 Barrett! It was easy to feel at home during our stay with the cozy furniture and well-stocked necessities. There was plenty of space for our entire group to feel comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics which made cooking really easy. "Here’s the updated review with the Lake Tahoe detail included: The Rodeway Inn at Nevada State Capitol is a great motel with convenient features. They provide free parking with plenty of space, though the parking area in front of the motel is slightly hilly, so you’ll need to park carefully. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, equipped with amenities like a TV, microwave, and fridge. However, the fridge is on the smaller side and couldn’t fit our medium-sized boxes.
