"This hotel was a great getaway from the busyness of Cartagena! The staff was amazing - they provided complementary cold essential oil towels on the beach and fruit kebabs! The transportation to and from the boat went very smoothly and the hotel agent helped us order a ride back to the walled city after our getaway. The rooms were very nice as well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing - croissants with gold flakes and endless options were a nice surprise. Honestly the best breakfast...

"The hotel and staff were all first class. The original room #200 had very limited closet space and we were moved to #201 a superb room. The only other disappointment was the boat ride to the hotel’s private island as the winds were so strong that the rides (40 minutes to an hour) were very uncomfortable, our time there cut short due to the need to start back earlier than advertised and the wind was so strong that eating was near impossible."
