This is probably one of the best properties to vacation in Cartagena. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer than a week with them.

Staff was wonderfull, friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer any questions I had and provided helpful recommendations. Room was clean very modern and up to date. We woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean and city from the room. They provided daily room service as well.

The room was spacious and centrally located. However, walking into the room it immediately had a smell like sewer and maintenance had to fix it. The pool and hot tub were great. The language barrier with staff was challenging at times. Overall nice hotel
