U really need to get staff to speak English .i really didnt like the lack of being misunderstood or me understanding the staff..but its a nice hotel..bathroom needs work the shower area..but the staff was super nice and the lady that. Booked things was amazing. Tks

I like the place, is closed from every touristic area. Staff are friendly. They have good breakfast and good lunch. Love the view in front of the ocean. The pool is amazing, good vibes there.

Horrible hotel. The internet and television. Did not work and could not be fixed despite 3 different efforts to have it fixed. The air conditioning would go no lower than 25°C. We finally got a room change and still had difficulty with the Internet and air conditioning. This hotel is way overrated. I question who is doing the ratings. It was a beautiful hotel when it was built, but the maintenance has been terrible.
