Great stay; this beach stay will allow you to enjoy proper beaches with safety and top notch customer service. The employees are very friendly and the few third party vendors you do encounter are actually pretty friendly and not pushy at all, it seems they understand the atmosphere and the fact we are guests at this hotel. Overall lovely, lively and friendly… the WiFi is flaky and somewhat unreliable, however, with a bit of patience you can get what you need done.

The place has potential but it’s not quite there yet. Our room was at the back of the property behind a unit that was being built and worked on so we had to walk through a construction area. The room was plain and almost seemed like an afterthought. No character like the other rooms. We complained about our room to no response. The rooms were supposed to be cleaned throughout the day and by 4:30pm ours was still not done. We ended up telling them not to worry about it. No apology from them. At night it looks great with all the lights around the property. The food was good and breakfast was as well. It seemed there was no manager or someone of authority to discuss issues which was weird. I personally wouldn’t go again

I traveled with two kids and my husband. We stayed in the family villa. It was perfect we had two rooms and a living room with TVs and Netflix. We also had AC which was amazing when you wanted to cool off. Our villa had a private pool which was the best part. The kids loved it. The rooms were clean when we got there and everyday they would come and do our beds and clean. I just wished they would put fresh sheets but they would use the same ones and just made the bed. The hotel has loud music from 10am until late at night so if it’s something you don’t like don’t stay here. We didn’t mind it. The big pool was just ok nothing special. I recommend getting lounge chairs. Lots of cute dogs and cats. The staff was ok except Fabio who was amazing always smiled and was quick with responding to our needs. The food was just ok, nothing special. I wished they had more options and had a small store for small snacks. I recommend getting more activities for your guest. There’s really nothing to do other than lay out by the beach and swim in the pool. I would definitely stay here again but less days maybe one to two nights.

only good points were the good was excellent and one concierge stood out, Fabio. From my arrival at the boat launch to my departure my entire experience was bad. Fenix boat crew leaving to the resort flat out told me i needed to tip him for the rwo carry on bags. every single server had his hand out for everything. paid for a specual girlfriend dinner with a cake,candles and evetything. none of that happened. service at the dinner was lousy, we had to keep getting up to find our server. the entire resort was dirty and in need of maintenance. paint peeling everywhere. we had a special suite reserved, we did not get what was in the pictures. room smelled of mold and no hot water. paint peeling on walls along with mold in the room. beach was dirty with trash and the water was trashy with gasoline from the harbor. over all, lousy 3 day trip. for what they charge for everything one would think it would be nicer and like the pictures.
