Loved the property - pool, excellent dining, close to walled city/shopping. Unfortunately there was a bug in my room. They insisted that I move in the middle of the night, upgraded my room, checked on me regularly and compensated me for my discomfort and inconvenience. The customer service was impressive.

Intercontinental was welcoming the minute i walked into this hotel. Nice clean spacious rooms with a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was good and fresh everyday. The hotel was located in a very walkable area of Boca Grande. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of eating options on the main street as well as the street behind the hotel. The room and property were extremely clean. The only drawback was the pool area. It’s small with limited lounge chairs. During prime sunlight hours a lounge can be hard to find. Overall great property was good choice.

We had a wonderful stay. AC broke down our last day, but they gave us an option to move to a sister hotel and gave us a discounted rate for the remaining nights.

The room was freezing cold for days and the shower had a big hole above, no rags provided to take a shower and the beds was not queen size more like full.

Staff and restaurant for breakfast was great. View from our room was poor. Shower never warmed to a comfortable temperature. Beds made noise with any movement

Great property in Bocagrande, it felt safe and the views are nice. Only downfall was some staff that have attitudes and were very unprofessional , ordered a burger and it wasn't cooked as asked and when sent back the chef came out to see who sent the burger back and stared at us as if he was upset and left slamming the door, you would of thought at that point as if he was paying for the burger himself. I stay in IHG properties 5 or more times throughout the year and never experienced anything like that. So we just ate out instead at that point. Overall besides that mishap i do recommend this property, the breakfast was also great and most of the small was friendly.
