Si encuentra otra opción donde hospedarse, no lo dude un minuto. El hotel cobra una tarifa de tres estrellas, pero la verdad le falta para llegar a ese nivel. Me encontré cucaracha en el baño, los cobertores de las camas tienen manchas y uno de las personas que atiende el servicio de desayuno, es realmente desatento y poco cordial

The bathroom walls it seemed that they had never been washed, neither the floor. There were only two towels, and they were harder than sandpaper, They did not have Klinesa and was only half of roll of toilet. I will never, ever return to this Hotel, not even for free.

El parqueadero está al descubierto, no está pavimentado. Y uno se moja en los charcos. Eso fue lo único malo. El precio cómodo y la oferta de servicios complementarios muy buena. Desayuno muy bueno.

Very Basic

My room (405) was very basic! No hot water for showering, noplace to put your essentials in the shower and by the sink. Tiny towels. Only 2 small pillows for 2 people. Very noisy. Room is above pool area. While no one swims in the pool, the area is used for parties with window shattering noise until midnight!! Had to ask for a room change!! Breakfast is a tiny selection of eggs, salty ham slices, processed cheese, one cereal, etc, all on one table. Again, this is a very, very basic hotel! The only thing good about it is it's very clean, and the staff is very friendly!

Go option in Cartago

The hotel was great for a stay in Cartago. We were visiting family in the city and picked this hotel since its only 1 of 2 on hotels.com in Cartago. It was a very nice hotel considering the options in the neighborhood. The room was huge with a good size bathroom too. The hotel common areas were nice as well.

Yo conozco este hotel desde hace 10 años. Siempre la estancia he sido tratado como un rey. la piscina y el area recreativa es fundamentalmente maravillosa . El turco tambien . Solo hay una persona , que no sabe evitar ser desagradable y juro que no es por su definicion sexual , sino por no saber estar y comportarse y que deberian jubilar ;para que la gente no tuviese que tener en cuenta su presencia para hablar y tocar temas , sin verle escuchando las conversaciones ajenas. Animo si lo jubilais ganareis en calidad.
