This beautiful fully furnished lake view home with high-end furniture and spacious residence in Deerfield Resort ("Deerfieldresort.co/amenities") offers superior construction, soaring cathedral ceilings and a lot of decks and outdoor spaces with a great view of the Norris Lake. The main level consists of an open great room with fireplace, dining, modern kitchen and two Master suites with a deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Lower level has three bedrooms, two full baths, 2nd kitchen, dining room, and family room. Floors are hardwood, carpet, and tile. Home is 4,026 sq ft and very well maintained. There is a 3rd adjoining lot for privacy.

The house offers a boat slip and a lift for your boat or other water sports and it is within minutes from the property. You can check the amenities at the resort by searching Deerfield Resort Amenities website. "Deerfieldresort.co/amenities".
Springs Dock is within 5 minutes and offers Boat rentals, ski boats, pontoons, and wave runners for your enjoyments.

Great place
We stayed there for a long weekend. It’s a great place! The golf course and docks are fabulous. The house is huge and has plenty of parking. It has everything you need. We’d recommend power washing the outside and upgrading the outdoor furniture but other than that it was great.

Love this place!
This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is a great house with a great location. The kitchen is great for cooking and the layout of the house is perfect for big or small groups. Amir was also great and extremely responsive when we needed something.

Wonderful communication and beautiful property. The view of the lake was so serene and the deer just hanging around entertained us all.. from 3 years old to mid 60’s! Plenty of room for the nine of us with space for quiet. Will definitely book again!

Great family gathering
We had 13 family members meet from different states and spend the holiday weekend together. We had another 9 family members in another house close by that were able to come hang out. We had a blast despite the cold. The house was large and everyone had their own space and bathrooms! Everything was as listed and responses to host were quick. We would love to come stay again in the summer!

Amazing house
The house is a nice size and very clean. We had a great stay and the owner was quick to respond to messages. The house accommodated the 8 of us well. Enjoyed the view and the deer that come into the yard each morning and evening. Was a very nice week! Would definitely return!!

The Perfect Lake Getaway
We enjoyed everything about our stay in this beautiful home. It was so clean with a very well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for our group. We especially enjoyed the decks. Very Clean, comfortable. Very roomy. It was great that the younger ones could stay downstairs and not bother us if we went to bed early. Beautiful view! Only downfall, in my opinion is, we had to buy towels, garbage bags and paper products for bathroom. But that's very minimal!!

Beautiful! Perfect for enjoying the place!
2nd time staying here… First time with all girls; this time we included the husbands. This is the PERFECT place for enjoying the house and the lake. Long, curvy drive if you’re planning on going site-seeing outside of the area. The house is beautiful! We loved the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. The bedrooms were HUGE! And it was great each couple having their own bathroom and a community half bathroom by the living area! We will definitely be back. Haven’t rented a boat yet but will come again in warmer weather!

PHENOMENAL property!
We booked this property to plan and attend my father's funeral in LaFollette. Although quite a trip up the mountain, the view and house was completely worth it! Relaxing, quiet, roomy - all the things we needed. We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson with us so we left the baby gate we purchased for future guests with small children to use. Some of the neighbors were a bit obnoxious and came a few times a day blatantly asking for apples, corn, and carrots with no regard for our privacy, but we forgave them since they were deer by the dozens! :) I enjoyed laying on the hammock listening to the birds, we did some stargazing, played pool, had a nice fire in the fire pit while the above mentioned deer neighbors watched. A wonderful and beautiful home - we will definitely be back. Saved as a favorite VRBO destination!

Stay at Norris
This house was perfect for two families with little kids! The two master bedrooms were on the main floor and all the kids in the basement was so nice. Amir was quick to respond with any questions. Only complaint was we thought the house was well stocked.... we needed more towels and toilet paper. The boat was atleast 5 minutes away. I think the online description said 1 or 2 minutes. And same with the closest Walmart I think the online description said 20 minutes. At least 30 or 40. Overall, would love to stay again!

Very clean and spacious house
My family has been going to Norris for many years now. Whenever we go we always stay in Deerfield (which is the best area in our opinion). Out of all of the different houses we have stayed in over the years, this house defiantly ranks at the top and we would rent it again!!! It is VERY spacious, clean and has a great view. It is about 2 miles to Deerfield Maria. If I had to find something wrong, it would be the boat slip. For some reason the slip that is included doesn’t list the slip number facing out, it is inside as you are standing on the dock making it impossible to see from the water (also, I’m not sure a pontoon would fit in the slip as it is pretty narrow). Very nice property
The house was everything we expected. Everyone has their own room and bathroom in our group. The drive back was interesting as we arrived later than planned and it was dark. Enjoyed the deer visiting every day. We were able to enjoy several meals since the kitchen was well supplied with the cookware to do so. We did struggle to find dish towels, cloths and hot pads. However, called the number provided to report some damage we noticed upon check in and to get approval to switch thermostat to heat as it was marked as "don't change". There was no return call. Tried to call again only to get a message that the mailbox was full. We were wanting instruction to use fireplace-could not find any.

A family Christmas getaway
What a wonderful home to visit. We were in for Christmas, so we did not get to take advantage of the outdoors very much, but this home made it enjoyable to stay inside. The family room featured a nice layout for tv viewing and two dining areas made it easy for people to sit and eat or play games, while others did their own thing. Everyone commented on the warm atmosphere of the home (thanks to the decorations and hardwood floors) and everyone said their beds were comfortable and made it easy to sleep. The two bedrooms off the main room on the top floor gave privacy for those who wanted a respite from the group (each had its own en suite bathroom - one with a garden spa tub). Downstairs featured more bedrooms and a game room. Each level had its own porch access, although with temperatures down to near zero, only the brave ventured out for some winter sun. The lake view was stupendous and we all enjoyed watching dozens of deer roam through the back yard during our stay (one was brave enough to scamper across the back porch). The fire pit looked inviting, but we did not take advantage of it, nor did we need the boat slip, but several of us said we would like to return for spring or autumn fishing, and if we do, this would be a good place to come home to each evening. The host was super-responsive to questions before our trip, and even messaged us to ensure we were traveling safely during a winter storm. Friendly, courteous, and everything we could ask for from a host. They also provided a variety of information prior to our arrival and had notes and a snack basket waiting for us. They even provided a Christmas tree with decorations, when we asked if one was available. Cleanup was made easy for us and following close-up instructions was a breeze. In summary, great house, and we wish more hosts could be as attentive as this one.
