Casa de Campo Equestrian Center Tours and Activities

The staff was extremely helpful and everyone was professional… the nightly entertainment was enjoyable and attentive to details because it was a special occasion and we were greeted with dessert to the room to commemorate. My husband and I plan on returning in the future.

Our experience at the resort was a mix of highs and lows, leaving us with bittersweet memories. Arrival & Check-In: The initial greeting was excellent, with a separate lounge and drinks to unwind after a chaotic airport and taxi journey—a great start. Room: We chose a private pool room with credits for massages and alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, the room had a damp, musty smell upon entry. Thankfully, housekeeping was outstanding and kept the room fresh daily. Mosquitoes: Mosquitoes were a major problem. The on-site shop didn’t have repellent, and while the butlers procured some, the prices were outrageous, adding unnecessary frustration. Dining: Dining was disappointing overall, except for the buffet and Mediterranean restaurant. Other venues lacked fresh, flavorful options and professional preparation. The Japanese restaurant was a low point, with rude service and subpar sushi. Service: Service was inconsistent. Room service was chaotic, with multiple calls about credits and menu availability, culminating in champagne and a manager arriving separately for receipt signatures. Buffet servers seemed overwhelmed, juggling tables, leading to long waits or incorrect orders. Beach: The beach was beautiful, but poorly maintained, with litter scattered around. Staff could have been more proactive in keeping it clean. Activities: The activities were uninspired, and staff didn’t engage guests in scheduled events.

El hotel es amplio, la habitacion muy comoda y los servicios excelentes. Como mejora deberian ser all-inclusive los 3 tiempos de comida y bebidas dentro del hotel. La playa Minitas deberia estar mas limpia y tener balibeds. Excelentes restaurantes en La Marina y nos encanto todo lo que hay en la propiedad.
