Our stay in house was really good . The pool was a little cold but the hot tub was good . I wish I had more time to stay to really enjoy it all. They have bbq area, that in the sunny day would be perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be staying here when I come back to visit my brother. Thank you .

Hi, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this rental home while in Arizona. The home was clean and spacious for our family of four. We truly enjoyed using the pool table while there. The kitchen was clean and provided nice houseware items for our use. However, the refrigerator and dishwasher needs to be updated. The dishwasher had rusted spokes where the plates are placed and the refrigerator/freezer ice basket is rusted leaving rusted particles on the ice. The backyard was nicely equipped but we were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool due to the water's very cold temperature. The owners should really consider investing in a heater for the pool.

Probably the best setup house that I've ever rented. It was like coming home everytime we returned back to the house. The owners set it up so well, from leftover spices to snacks on the table to a beautifully decorated outside pool area. Every utencil a kitchen would want was available. Everytime I looked for something I wish I had, it was there. Above and beyond rental property. Made me feel like visiting grandma....

This property is terrific. We felt comfortable from the first moment we arrived. It has everything you could need. The home is well laid out and the amenities are over the top. The outside area is the highlight. We loved that all the light switches were labeled and the welcome book, containing all of the pertinent information, was pure genius. Our only regret was that is wasn't available for all the days after our return from Yuma. Because we would have been back!!! My only suggestion would be to add more lighting in the back of the patio near the hot tub as it was a pretty dark walk at times.

The MAIN reason we rented this property was for the hot tub, which was ice cold upon our arrival and took 3 days to get up to 95°. We had to talk with the pool guy ourselves and we're very disappointed that the advertised hot tub didn't work until it was time to check out.

Well the hot tub was not hot, just luke warm,ugh. When the pool refills itself the water pipes in the master bedroom clang around and you cant sleep, pretty frustrating. If those 2 things worked it would be 5 stars.

We've stayed at this home multiple times. Our children and grandbabies live in this town, so it makes it super convenient for us. We are so thankful and grateful that the owners make this home available. We are never disappointed. 118 degrees on the back patio was a bit much, but the pool was a godsend. The owner Terri and house manager Andrea are super awesome! They went out of their way to exceed our expectations and also sent flowers for our daughter's surgery & birthday gifts for the twins! How awesome is that!!! Thank you Terri & Andrea!
