"We loved staying on the farm; we felt right at home! We wanted to hike, and this place is close to Mt. Nebo SP, Lake Dardanelle SP, and Petit Jean SP! The cottage was squeaky clean, the bed was comfortable, the decor was charming, and the Grays are the friendliest! There is plenty of room, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the farm cottage."

"We loved the cottage on Mt. Casa Rd! It was so quiet and relaxing - the distance to Petit Jean State Park was ideal for us, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had, and the cottage was clean as a whistle, including freshly mowed lawn, when we arrived. Highly recommend if you want to be near Petit Jean. "

It's a beautiful little cozy home that is newly remodeled and omg the windows overlooking the lake are the absolute best feature! Not to mention the zip line for the kids and the kayaks we could use free of charge! "Our family stayed at this property last year. 3 if my siblings, their spouses, myself, my husband and our 97 year old father stayed. We hosted the reunion on Saturday. 3 cousins, spouses, some of our children were there during the day on Friday and Saturday. There were 24 total in the house, plenty of room and the huge kitchen made it easy to take care of meals. Wonderful experience. FYI our cousins came in from Georgia and Conway."

"Stay was nice, we were in town for a wedding. The cottage worked great for us and our two dogs. I loved all the room that was available outside for them. No complaints about the cottage itself. Worked perfect for what we needed. We grilled and used the stove. Only thing I have to say was the spider webs that had spiders in them in the cottage. I brushed the webs down and killed the spiders myself but they were in the shower and the room. And there was a wasp in the bedroom. The cottage could use...
