"We had a two night stay on our way to other places in Italy and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The inn was excellent and in a great location for touring the city."

"The property is in a great location in Arezzo and the owner communicated clearly, thoroughly with us and this was much appreciated since we are still novice VRBO users. Not having a designated parking spot caused some frustration when we ended up finding an open spot a block away. "
"Fantastic place! Breakfast was so delicious I wish I could have eaten more. The place has a lot of really wonderful details- the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, great shower, great hairdyer, even the shower gel smelled amazing!"
"Simona is a great host, she welcomed us and attended to us until the last moment, very attentive to our arrival and the spectacular breakfast service, we were looking forward to one more day"

Elegant apartment in the heart of the historical area
10/10 Excellent
"Could not have been better! The old- city location made us feel like locals, and we quickly identified favorite coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We easily walked to the train station for a day trip to Florence. Free parking was reasonably close, facilitating a day visit to Siena. Arezzo is a delightful secret, and the host could not have been more helpful. Total 5 star! "
"This is a quirky spot in a building where attention has been paid to every aspect of the design. The room was interesting and comfortable with the only slight downside being that the bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a wall which is not to everyone’s taste. It’s in a great location in a stylish shop and cafe and an interesting, historic palazzo. I would definitely recommend"
"Charming hotel right on the town square. Modern bathroom, great water pressure. Comfortable bed with crisp linens. Good air conditioning. Check-in with Simona next door was delightful and included a free glass of wine."
