The guy at the front desk when we were trying to check in was extremely horrible and had very poor customer service skills altogether. he could’ve definitely done better than what he was doing to put the customers in comfort. The rooms were OK, but the bathrooms were leaking in every direction. We had to put a whole lot of towels to prevent water flowing out of the bathroom every time I took a shower. room service when called on the phone was also not good. I had to call room service to clean the room at least seven times before they actually came to clean.

Very modern and clean hotel, staff are very helpful and courteous. The room is a great size and comfortable and clean. Great water pressure in shower, gym Is good, the roof top restaurant is fine, not cheap, but it’s a good view. Overall the hotel is fine, breakfast is to a good standard, not your typical Marriot breakfast like out of this world, more like ibis breakfast, but quite good. Staff were pleasant and kind.

Unexpected
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, our room was not fully cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was a leaking ceiling. The staff did not offer to move us to another room, forcing us to wait until the maintenance and plumbing work was completed. The lack of customer service was frustrating, though I do want to mention that Madame Halima was the only bright spot with her friendly demeanor. Otherwise, I would have considered leaving right away.

A perfect place to stay and enjoy Casablanca
Our stay was excellent. The hotel has a good location, absolutely clean, confortable mattress and good bedding. The breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food. The staff friendly, efficient. We will definitely will go there in a stop in Casablanca
