This is a property in the first line over a cliff looking at the Pacific Ocean

You will NOT see the street, cars from your room, only the garden, the sea, and the sky.
Wood floor in all house. Fireplace in the living room. Separate dining room next to the kitchen.
This is a place for nature lovers.
Two beaches are at walking distance, one of them is right under the property and is the closest thing to a "privet beach" you will find in this country (because of the access to Fundo la Boca is super limited, only residents, the amount of people that can reach this place is minimum, there is no such a thing as private beaches in Chile )
Valparaiso with all its restaurant and art galleries, historical places etc is at 50 minutes drive.
San Antonio Port is reachable short 50 minutes drive through one of the best private hwy in Chile
Quintay, a typical "Artesanal fishing"(small boats only) town is 20 minutes away. You can find Chiles famous Seafood in all its glory. The old wale refinery has been run into a marine biodiversity lab and is a must visit.
If you are here any time from December to March you might just get lucky and see FROM the hose wale with their calf !! like we have many times
