There was no AC but the fans and the ocean breeze was enough to cool the rooms. There was some street noise with the open widows though if you are a light sleeper and can't use ear plugs. There was a full kitchen which we didn't use since we were only spending one night. Beach access was down the block in walking distance and there were lots of places to eat...

"Beautiful peaceful location set in the mountains and overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful too. My only criticism is it could have done with a good clean and good airing and updated bed linen and to have had a maid to at least change to towels. We also couldn’t find the outside bins and recycling so clear instructions would help but apart from that it was perfect."

"It's a very convenient location. The private beach and the panoramic swimming pool are very nice. The private parking is also a plus, given the fact that the best way to get to Palinuro is by car. "Nice staff, good pool, opportunity for kayaking and pedalo boats. Nice local area. The loud night time shows could be a problem (9 to 12pm), in this case get one of the huts further up the hill. The phone app is a good idea, but would be fantastic if it was also in other languages (not just Italian). "

"What a terrific hotel! Everyone was warm and welcoming and they upgraded us to a magnificent suite…so roomy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with continental offerings plus eggs done your way. Freshly baked croissants, buns, with breads available for toasting. We walked to everything and the place was magical at night."

"Lovely hotel. Approaching on arrival it has a very nice clean look, so straight away we were happy with our choice, and definitely, I would agree on a 4* Hotel. I have stayed in many areas of Italy, and this one comes close to a small handful of specific good hotels on the Amalfi coast. What I didn’t agree with, is the young staff are very loud with each other. "
