Miramare was ok. The breakfast was very nice and servers were great. Front desk staff was impatient. I’m not sure if this is the end of the season but the staff was limited. We had to ask for towels, water, luggage rack(don’t have but 1),body wash, etc. Had to pay for everything including the shuttle from the taxi since the hotel is on a pedestrian only street. The thermal park leaves a lot to be desired. The bar was out of most liquors. Nobody cared. It was old and not like the pictures. You had to take a golf cart over there. Not worth the money at all. Long drive from the port as well.

There is a shuttle that takes up to the center of town but the times are limited and the last one is at 10:45 pm so if you want to be out later you must take a taxi which costs 25-30 eu. "The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental ..."
