Wonderful holiday home just a stone's throw from the beach, within a beautiful and quiet urbanization with a community pool and a good location for family outings.

You are going to stay in a community environment and with neighbors, you must maintain coexistence and community standards.

Ideal for families of up to 10 people, this beautiful accommodation is close to the Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa Manilva and road connections that will make it easy for you to get to know the province of Malaga. Also, if you feel like driving a little further on comfortable roads, you can visit the Cadiz municipality of Algeciras and the beautiful town of Tarifa in less than an hour's drive.

Within a beautiful urbanization just 20 meters from the beach and with a direct connection to the area's promenade. You will enjoy beautiful and wide beaches with your family, very well-equipped beaches and, added to the proximity of the accommodation, you will fully enjoy your vacation. It has a parking space in a garage in a building near the accommodation.

You will have a beautiful covered terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture that will invite you to come in and create beautiful memories with your family. This space is connected to the living room that shares space with the fully equipped American kitchen. This kitchen and the proximity to local food businesses will make it easier for you to prepare delicious lunches.

The living room has the necessary furniture to be able to enjoy beautiful family gatherings or have a nice quiet time.

The distribution of the house is configured in several heights, having to access each of them through a comfortable staircase, depending on the floor (in total two more from the ground floor of the living-dining room). On these floors you will find different bedrooms with a total of five that accommodate up to 10 people.

Two of the five bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and all bedrooms have a terrace space or small balcony facing the outside, windows and sea views.

On each floor landing there is a bathroom that serves the bedrooms that do not have it en suite.

Four of the five bedrooms have a double bed and the fifth has a single bed and an extra bed.

Enttäuschend und dreckig
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war extrem enttäuschend und absolut nicht wie erwartet. Wir hatten uns auf eine Unterkunft gefreut, die sauber, rauchfrei und gut gepflegt ist – leider war das Gegenteil der Fall. Hier einige der Hauptprobleme, die wir erlebt haben: 1. Sauberkeit und Zustand: Das Haus war in einem völlig unakzeptablen Zustand. Es war nicht nur ungepflegt, sondern tatsächlich schmutzig. Bereits bei der Ankunft waren Aschenbecher, Zigaretten, Cigarillos und sogar persönliche Gegenstände wie Medikamente und Unterwäsche im Haus verteilt. Es wirkte, als sei das Haus vor unserer Ankunft überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden. Auch der Außenbereich war ungepflegt und offensichtlich seit einiger Zeit vernachlässigt worden. 2. Nichtraucher-Versprechen: Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Nichtraucherhaus gebucht, jedoch stank es deutlich nach Rauch, und die Anwesenheit von Aschenbechern und Zigaretten ließ uns daran zweifeln, dass es je als Nichtraucherhaus gedacht war. Der Zustand machte es uns unmöglich, die Nächte dort zu verbringen. 3. Sicherheit und Ausstattung: Im Badezimmer gab es lediglich eine mobile Dusche, die nicht richtig befestigt war und leicht umkippen konnte – eine echte Gefahr, besonders für unsere Kinder. Dies verstärkte das Gefühl, dass das Haus schlecht ausgestattet und keineswegs familienfreundlich ist. Diese wurde von einem angetrunkenen Mann abgeholt und entfernt. Eine angekündigte Reinigung für den kommenden Tag hätte keine Veränderung gebracht…
