The beach view was amazing. Car parking was ample and location was very close to Emily Bay. No real Wifi to access. The property was overbooked so we had to change rooms halfway through our stay

Room was not as clean as it could have been, loose tiles in the bathroom had bugs crawling in and out, cobwebs everywhere under counters and benches, needs a bit of Reno and care.

Calling this property 4-star is a bit fanciful. It's all very dated and tired and the grounds and gardens need urgent refreshing. Full praise for Tima and her team though who were very professional and welcoming.
