The host was really kind to wait for our late arrival, the room was clean but a bit old and there was no breakfast.

The accommodation is amazingly beautiful and in a very good location, there is a quiet, peaceful environment, cleanliness 10/10, cities are easily accessible, public transport is also great, the owners are extremely kind and helpful and very cute, I just loved it. I recommend it to everyone!

Decent place for the money
It was a cute place. They apparently have breakfast but couldn't find it in the morning. It may be at the residence next door. When you arrive, there is a bell by the outside gate to push and the owner will come over. I booked a room with 2 beds as it was me and my teenage daughter. the owner said we could only sleep on the one unless we paid an additional $10 EU.

B&B a circa 10 minuti in auto da Pisa localizzato in zona artigianale, con pochi servizi. Chiaramente, è un posto silenziosissimo e frequentato solo dagli ospiti della struttura e residenti della zona. Lontano dal traffico, ma anche da ristoranti e bar che sono però raggiungibile rapidamente in auto. Struttura ben organizzata ed titolari molto gentili e disponibili che vivono a pochi passi di distanza. Nel complesso un posto molto comodo per brevi soggiorni in attesa di imbarcare a Livorno che dista circa 30 minuti.

Die Unterkunft war für eine Nacht okay. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend weil wir sehr spät angekommen sind. Aber ein B&B ist es leider nicht, es gab kein Frühstück.

Contrairement aux autres commentaires, il y a un parking juste en face, les portes ferment à clé. L hôte nous a renseigné des endroits pour nous restaurer ainsi que pour nous déjeuner .

Vi stannade 1 natt då vi landade sent och detta B&B hade sen incheckning mot en extra kostnad. Ligger ca 10 min med bil från Pisa flygplats. Rummet var rent, prisvärt och bra läge centralt. Behjälplig värd som körde oss till vår nästa location mot betalning. Vi är nöjda!

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor der Überfahrt mit der Fähre nach Korsika genutzt. Dafür war es super. Man ist schnell am Hafen, Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, sodass man mitbekommt, wenn andere Gäste kommen und gehen. Außerdem gibt es ein Fenster über der Türe, durch das das Licht fällt, sobald jemand im Flur ist. Außerdem waren die Betten leider nicht sehr bequem. Aber es gab die Möglichkeit, Lebensmittel in einem gemeinschaftlichen Kühlschrank zu lagern und z.B. eine Mikrowelle zu benutzten. Außerdem war das Zimmer und Bad sehr groß und geräumig.
