"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned.
