"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay a 6Stanco. Ruth is an excellent host, providing us with lots of advice both before and during our stay. The appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Stanco is a small village but the local shop in Grizzana is well stocked and larger supermarkets are available in nearby towns. " Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut, aber leider haben wir das Haus nicht in dem Zustand vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus war deutlich mehr runtergekommen als auf den Bildern, und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht... Es gab an einigen Wänden Schimmel und Wasserflecken und der Gemeinschaftspool war Grün. Als wir den Vermieter darauf angesprochen haben hat er leider nicht reagiert und auch keine Anstalt gemacht etwas zu ändern. Als wir dann mit fewo Kontakt aufgenommen...

Ook superhuisje, supergastheer (die heel veel nuttige info gaf bij aankomst over bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving). In het lager gelegen Piteglio ook elke avond bijna dikke ambiance met optredens. Alleen de bergtocht naar beneden met meer dan 100 pittige bochten maakte de kinderen af en toe wagenziek, ..."

"The home was charming, clean and host was wonderful! The views were amazing! The drive to get there was intense. If you’re uncomfortable with narrow, winding roads, this property is not recommended. We would have loved this property as an authentic Tuscan experience. If you want to immerse yourself in the everyday country culture this is the place! Unfortunately, due to multiple airline delays we were 3 days behind in travel plans so decided it made more sense for us to avoid the 1.5 hour drive return from a Florence day trip so left a day early. This was no fault of host or property, just unfortunate logistics. "
