"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. "I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"This place is great! The rooms are a little small but who stays in the room when you are visiting Benidorm. The room with a sea view balcony was so relaxing, the view incredible. "Was booked into the Rocamar hotel which is the same group and located next to the Mirador, on check in at the mirador we were informed that we were in the Miramar.
