"The free shuttle service is difficult to reach rhey should have set hrs had to pay 20euro to go 5min to the hotel from the airport. Couldnt reach them on whatapp or email when we got to the airport very upset about that"

"Osteria staff friendly and professional. Great food at the restaurant, busy so reservation is recommended. Hotel is close to the airport, you pick up shuttle at #5. If you need to travel to downtown Milan, you need to take the train, a 40 minute ride. The walk to the train is 10 minutes, no sidewalks."

"The hotel is simple, but updated and clean. Room was a decent size. Plugs and air all worked. There is a small bar downstairs. Staff sent me to a nice pizzeria about 4-5 min walk away. There isn't much around, but it was well lit and the food was great. I had trouble getting the free airport shuttle and it doesn't drop exactly at the hotel. This is fine if you don't have much luggage. Pay for the hotel shuttle if you have heavy bags. "

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations. "
