"I personally enjoyed our visit. This place was walking distance to everything! 4 minute walk to the Skunk train, 10 minute walk to Cowlick ice cream and 12 minutes away from Drop it donuts. The home is very charming. The new owners are revamping it and I am excited to see it completed. I appreciate that they are dog friendly. My husband and I stay in the tower behind the main house and had wonderful views. Our visit was short so we didn’t get to enjoy all the accommodations or the main Weller...

"Overall, good experience and would come back. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and has more coastline than any other hotel in Mendocino as far as I know. Multiple lookout points on bluffs and semi private access to a rocky beach. The room was clean and comfortable with vaulted ceilings, a large bathroom with heated floors. The property itself is so nice that it deserves a higher level of service and amenities. Dinner menu was small and not impressive so we chose to eat elsewhere....

"Just returned from my solo stay for four nights at the Beachcomer Motel in Fort Bragg and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. My king room was large with a comfy bed and chair, lots of plug-in options, appeared to be recently remodeled with nice furniture, lamps and mirrors. No daily housekeeping, which I preferred, but easy to call and get anything that was needed. Sunsets from my ocean view room were spectacular. I’ll be back!"

I thought that putt putt golf was included in the stay, but was advised that since we booked through Hotels.com and not through the hotel directly that we would have to pay for golf. "Our room was nice, clean and convenient located. Our only issue was the very loud heating system. Even on (low fan) it made it unbearable to fall asleep. So we just slept with the heat off and we’re thankful for the extra blanks and cozy bed. The welcome cookies in the office were to die for. All rooms have a nice view, convenient parking and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed our sunny balcony the ocean view. We would return, the place offers a great value for the money. I hope they can install...

"The rooms are absolutely beautiful. With jetted tubs, robes & comfy beds. The views are breathtaking and you can walk out onto rhe cliffs and beaches right outside your room. Shopping, eating, and other beaches are just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The hotel was short staffed and we never fealt that. They were ao friendly and welcoming."
