The room was very unsanitary when we arrived. There was hair all over the bathroom, the tub was dirty, and there were socks left in the bathroom from the people who were previously there. There was no soap left to wash our hands in either bathroom, however they had left us 3 complimentary bottles of conditioner. The facility was undergoing obvious construction which is understandable but when we were going up the stairs to our room (which was not undergoing construction) my husband nicked his hand on a shard of metal on the handrail that was sticking out. We were also displeased at the fact that it was a two level building with no elevator for those with luggage’s. We booked a room with a pull out bed due to the number of guests and had to request extra linen. When we requested extra pillows to accommodate for all our guests, we were told they didn’t have anymore pillows. All in all, we were very unhappy with our stay.

People were friendly and helpful enough. Beds were fine. Breakfast was good. Our complaints were no fan in the bathroom, we found trash under a lamp table, and the sofa bed linens/blankets were not folded in their bag which made me leary of thecleanliness of the room.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Jessica at the front desk was amazing and very accommodating helping us get the right rooms. We had a family suite and it was perfect. Breakfast is really good. Nice that there is a option to eat dinner right next door. Right off the free way and easy to get too. Plenty of parking. Very clean and updated. Would stay again

The people here seemed very nice. The room on the other hand was tiny and dirty. I went to the front desk and asked them if the rooms were the same upstairs and she said why is something wrong with yours? I said it’s nasty! She said I’m sorry all our rooms are about the same.

I had stayed at this motel for several years back in the early 90’s and 2000’s . I loved that n Casper after that and attended lots of events at the convention center and grand ballroom.they have done a nice job updating the motel, some sill in progress. But I guess not the heating system? My heat didn’t work at all for the 4 nights I was there. It didn’t not ruin the stay though. I would definitely stay there again, the pro’s outweigh the cons.

The family suite was over $270/ night and neither showers worked, the room had been renovated poorly, looked unfinished and the lights from one room shone through the other bedroom. No elevator is there. The staff said the family suite doesn’t get used often so upon checkout they closed the room and did a partial refund.

We had a heating and air conditioning issue and the property was not helpful with the issue. Our room was a constant 80 degrees and told us they had not turned on the ac units so we just needed to open the windows and doors to help with the heat issue. We asked for another room and was told they couldn’t do that as we booked with Expedia. We also asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel and we were told we needed to take it up with Expedia. We will never stay there again.

Less than ideal but manageable
Pros: breakfast is best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Restaurant food was stellar (even though they were completely out of every vegetable) Front desk staff friendly and accommodating Suite offered a bathroom to each sleeping space There was a full sized fridge (although it was pretty noisy) and a microwave in our room! Housekeeping came when requested and did a nice job Cons: the balcony had an entrance from the kids' room and the main space. The kids room entrance was not locked. Easy fix but glad we checked. There was also a second entrance to the suite from the kids room and a door to another hotel room. Kids room really ought not be where it is. They should swap it with the king sized bedroom. That's the safest option. The walls are paper thin and the exterior doors SLAM shut. Very bothersome when loud guests are coming and going at all hour of the night. The bathroom had a weird layout where you had to shimmy between the toilet and shower door to get out. The air vents were FILTHY. Seriously, I cleaned years worth of dust off of them The sheets were like sandpaper. The TV required a stupid amount of troubleshooting to operate. The sensor for changing channels is on a cord that has to sit on the dresser. It was wedged behind the wall and dresser so only the power button on the remote worked until we figured that out. Overall our stay was fine. Check in and check out was simple and seamless. Staff was lovely. The room needs improvement. Food was great!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the tub had mildew or something in the corners on the caulking. For 150 dollars a night, I’d expect way more.

Was at hotel for business. Staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful. Room was a little dated, and the refrigerator had to be unplugged because it made too much noise at night. The TV channel listings did not work, and you couldn't see any local tv channels or know where to go to look at things.. half the channels didn't work. Other than that it was fine. Would be nice to have a water vending machine somewhere to get some cold bottled water.
