Nice but…
The hotel and room were nice. Only thing was that we had a pull out couch bed that was dirty when we opened it up. There was a stain that went all the way from the bed spread down through the sheets. There was also a crusty tissue

The swimming area is great for kids & the breakfast is always pretty good. However, don’t get a pool access room if you want to sleep. It is loud until the pool closes at 10 & if there’s an event in a banquet room, you hear all of that as well

We will never stay here again. Every time we have stayed it’s a complete disaster. From keys that don’t work to being given rooms that are either dirty/occupied/or wrong room. To NO SHOWER curtain. Very outdated. And horrible training for their employees. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. No apologies from anyone. HORRIBLE

Staff was incredibly rude. Called a month before making my reservation to see about having a couple of my son’s friends swim for his birthday. Manager said it was fine. Called today to make sure everything was still looking okay and was told everything was fine. We get there to check in and wasn’t allowed a table for my sons birthday cake and presents. Said we had to book a party reservation which the manager never said anything about. Staff was incredibly rude when I asked for my 250$ fee for being a local saying they had to have a manager there to do it and to come back some other time. Will never book with ramkota again.
