"My wife and I chose this property as it was reasonably close to Volterra - the Hilltop city we were visiting the following day. One major problem was locating the property using our GPS system. We ended up on a tractor road at some distance from the property. With some help from neighbors we did find it. IF one titles the property BIOagriturismo Il Cerreto, there is no problem. "Location is lovely, very isolated though, so you need a car. No restaurant or even breakfast facilities within less than 3 to 5 km. Great kitchen in the apartment. Perfect when traveling with a dog: you can walk them easily between the fields. Just bear in mind there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Wifi did work so-so. TV did not work and they did not come to fix it despite saying they would. Limited number of power plugs. Lovely beach and free dog beach 15 minute drive away."
