Incantevole villa, ristrutturata a nuovo, circondata da ampio giardino con alberi da frutto e fiori che rivolge lo sguardo ai vigneti delle colline Unesco tra Langhe e Monferrato. Alle spalle, a due passi, campeggia il borgo di Castagnole delle Lanze, Borgo dei Borghi Italia 2023.
Gli ospiti potranno godere di momenti di totale relax immersi nel verde. Abbracciati da un panorama che si alterna tra vigneti, noccioleti e distese boschive dove sovente fanno capolino i nostri amici caprioli.
La Maison è ristrutturata e arredata da poco. Accoglie gli ospiti un ampio living con cucina, camino e divano a penisola. Completano la struttura due camere da letto. Una matrimoniale e una con due lettini. Poi un bagno e, a parte, una lavanderia.

Idéal
La Villa Younesco est très bien située pour qui veut découvrir le Piémont, tout en offrant un havre de calme après une grosse journée. Un très bel emplacement qui offre une vue photogénique sur les collines environnantes, plusieurs restaurants de qualité à quelques minutes à pied, et le propriétaire qui s'assure que tout se passe bien tout en restant discret. La Villa convient bien à 4 personnes.

La casa impeccabile: pulita, con una buona fornitura di pentole e tutto il necessario per cucinare, funzionale. La colazione varia e abbondante, con anche una torta fatta in casa. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili: ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Un accueil des plus chaleureux par nos hôtes. Nous avions l’impression d’arriver dans la famille. Une grande disponibilité. Discrétion et efficacité. La maison d’une propreté irréprochable. Beaucoup d’espace. La vue sur les montagnes et magnifique. Tout était parfait ! A recommander !
