"Bij aankomst schrok ik van de muffe lucht in het huis. Ook waren er geen twee slaapkamers maar in een studio twee ruimtes afgeschermd met luxaflex. Totaal geen privacy en dat met allemaal pubers. De douche ruikt vreselijk muf en is alleen te bereiken langs het slaap gedeelte beneden. De slaapbank is niet voor twee personen geschikt en als je deze uitklapt staat deze naast de keuken en heb je weinig f ruimte over. Tuin bank was ingezakt. "The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

"Die Ferienwohnung am Iseosee war perfekt für uns. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer und mehrere Balkons, so dass man Sonne und Schatten wählen kann, wie man es möchte. Die Küche mit Wohnzimmer ist bestens ausgestattet, und alles ist sehr sauber. Die ganze Anlage mit Pool ist super gepflegt und ruhig. "The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"We recently stayed at Le Terrazze Sul Lago Residence & Hotel with our two children in a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, offering convenience and comfort for our family. The easy parking was a big plus, especially after long days of exploring. We loved the excellent breakfast, which set us up well for our adventures around Lake Garda. What really stood out was the fantastic service from all the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. While the facilities were basic, they met all our family's needs perfectly. The hotel's location was ideal for us, as we had a car to travel around the lake. If you're looking for a family-friendly base to explore Lake Garda, Le Terrazze Sul Lago is a great choice. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable, well-run, and in a good spot for sightseeing. We would stay again and hopefully in summer when the pool would be open. "
