Gorgeous villa with pool and large garden private property amazing tuscan views

Vignacce is a traditional rectangular-based farmhouse dating back to the 1800s.
It is our family home where we grew up.
The restoration personally followed by my father is the result of a careful research on materials and furnishings that has seen respect for the canons and charm of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses. The 5000 m2 fenced property includes olive trees, oaks, large lawns and a large swimming pool, open from May to September. The house is split over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a nice lounge (with sofas, satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection), a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area, direct access to the garden and a large bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with beamed ceilings and ancient terracotta floors.
A large park surrounds the house with benches and tables to enjoy an aperitif at sunset.
The swimming pool measures 7x14mt and has a depth from 80cm to 200mt completed by
sun beds, umbrellas and gazebos.
It is part of a 20 hectare estate where my brother has a Poggiomerlo organic farm, where extra virgin olive oil, organic wine and various spices are produced. During your stay you can visit the organic vegetable garden and collect seasonal products.

Best vacation EVER!!!! Our host was extremely attentive, helpful before and throughout our stay, We were greeted with fresh cherries from the property and a fruit basket. The property is very private, lovingly renovated and tastefully furnished. The pool is large and impeccably maintained. The home is located close to Arezzo and many sites worth visiting are close-by. The bed rooms are very comfortable and the house was spotless. We often enjoyed cooking and gathering in one of the multiple inside and outside seating areas. Thank you Monica for making this a memorable one-of-a-kind vacation!!

Perfect holiday
We were two families spending a week together in Villa Vignacce. The house is spacious, clean and very charming. The garden beautiful with a great view and the pool an absolute highlight. We all enjoyed the stay very much and would come again anytime. Thank you Monica for such a great time!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus! Alles war perfekt… Sauberkeit Top…. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt… die Kommunikation mit Monica verlief einwandfrei…das Haus ist wirklich komplett umzäunt was mir wegen unserem kleinen Hund sehr wichtig war! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Schönes Haus mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern - großes, eingezäuntes Gelände mit vielen Plätzen und diversen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, besonders schön der alte Baumbestand - das Highlight jedoch ist der große Pool! Alles ist sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort wirklich super nett. Fahrzeit für diverse Unternehmungen und Ausflüge muss in Kauf genommen werden. Alles in allem ein super schöner Uraub!

Heerlijk huis om tot rust te komen
Het huis en het terrein waarop het staat, zijn erg ruim opgezet in een rustgevende omgeving met prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is perfect voor mensen die rust zoeken; het ligt niet in het hart van Toscane waardoor de afstanden naar de bekende plekken (Siena, Florence, Cortona, etc) wat lang kunnen zijn. De uitrusting van het huis is soms wat gedateerd maar wordt ruimschoots gecompenseerd door de bijzondere atmosfeer en de enthousiaste en hartelijke ondersteuning van de eigenaars. We komen graag weer terug!

Wonderful vacation!!!
We had a wonderful stay. This place is beautiful and was the right choice for our holidays with the whole family. The house was very clean and is in a very good condition, just like the garden and the awesome swimming pool, which was the kid’s favorite place during the two weeks of our stay. Merveilleux séjour près d'Arezzo
Super accueil de Monica ! Des petites attentions nous attendais. Logement très propre et arrangé avec goût. Rien ne manquait. Le jardin est très agréable et très bien entretenu de par Daniel de même pour la piscine. Je conseille de réserver le chef de cuisine a domicile Dino et son épouse Simona super repas italien ! Très belle propriété dans un cadre magnifique
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle demeure toscane authentique, dans un cadre magnifique, assez sauvage, loin des clichés habituels, car elle ne se trouve pas dans la zone touristique principale de cette région d'Italie. Convient aux personnes qui aiment les vacances reposantes, car la maison est isolée. Néanmoins assez bien située pour visiter les villes comme Arezzo, Florence et Sienne. Maison tout à fait confortable contenant des grandes pièces à vivre, trois salles de bain complètes et une plus petite, et tous les appareils ménagers et autres utiles. Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés avec un grand terrain bien entretenu, une grande piscine fort agréable et un mobilier de jardin complet, un grand barbecue à bois. Les propriétaires sont fort accueillants mais également très discrets. Passage régulier dans la semaine, sans causer de dérangement, pour l'entretien de la piscine. En conclusion, très bonnes vacances; propriété à recommander.

Das Haus ist hinsichtlich "Familien-Lebbarkeit", Geschmack und Charme, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung schwer zu toppen, ebenso der Pool und das großzügige, gepflegte Grundstück mit vielfachen Plätzen für alle Familienmitglieder und den Hund; die Abendsonne fehlt etwas, auch ein fußläufig erreichbarer Ort mit Restauration.
