"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

Guido recommended, at our request, a chef for meal delivery and for a cooking class. Edoardo and his team, Josette and Fabrizio, made an otherwise fabulous stay even better. "Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."

"This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. "This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children.
