"Booked this for a relaxing break near beach with our 15 month child. Apartment was great and just what we wanted. We went for 1 bed room cot was provided for little one(check about them charging you for this - they waive it for us but otherwise 30€ a week). Lounge/kitchen area was large with sofa of 2 single beds (whole place could accommodate 4 adults). Shower room good with spacious proportions and clean. Kitchen was 4 ring gas hobo and elec oven and large fridge/freezer, many pots and pans...

"Carmelo was very helpful and friendly. He gave us a tour of the area and made reservations at the BEST restaurant. The area was beautiful. The little towns are special. Hats off to Carmelo. We would have liked more pillows and towels as we used every bedroom in our stay. "

Only disappointment was that the pool got closed early for staying guests three afternoons because the pool was rented out to external guests, these guests did not have to wear swimming caps, etc. but staying guest had to. "This property has such a wonderful local feel. It’s not too touristy, the restaurants along the beach were excellent we visited some local nearby towns and just enjoy doing local things. The house itself is exactly as in the listing. However, the view is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts while we were there."

Martina welcomed us and took care of our wishes in a quick and exemplary manner, fully utilizing WhatsApp for easy-to-use guidance and links. The pool was great and we had it 100% for ourselves. Not cheap, but definitely worth the money!"

"We had a 14 night stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Carmelo is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Tina the cleaning lady bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and that your room is clean, refreshed, well stocked with fresh towels, linens, etc. All staff are great . Breakfast is included alrhough if your looking to start your day off with proteins, you will be disappointed. Breakfast consits of croissants in assorted varieties, cakes, cookies, there is sliced bread and a toaster, assortment of jams, and spreads, fruit is limited, there are hard boiled eggs, the coffee is very dissapointing as its not freshly brewed but through a machine that uses k-cups ..the breakfast was the same day in day out. The orher thing is the hotel does not have assigned or designated parking for their guests. So we arrive back at the end of your day you might find yourself driving around the block a few times before you land a parking spot close to the hotels entrance. The door to the hotel is at times a challenge to unlock..not an easy task. There are also 4 flights of stairs to do to get to your room. The hotel is in a great location, many gelaterias, bars, amenities close by. The hotel always smelled lovely, and fresh, having AC was a blessing. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend Hotel Marconi."

Amazing views

"The villa was everything we could have wished for. It had a functional indoor space with everything you need and an excellent shower. The outdoor space was huge, with a big verandah and bbq area. The pool was a good size and when not exploring Palermo, Etna, the Aolean Islands or Capo D'orlando we were enjoying villa days, up to 12 hours in the pool. We picked nearby lemons to enjoy in iced water. Out of consideration we replaced anything we used, including foil, toilet roll, hand wash and pool inflatables. Antonio was helpful and answered any questions we had, he put in a big fan to help with the heat. The drive to it from the main road was tricky - take your time, but totally worth the draw-dropping views and seclusion. We took our two daughters aged 14 and 11 who loved it too. Capri Leone had everything we needed, supermarkets, post office, hardware store. Chimera pizza restaurant was delicious, large good-priced pizzas. Incredible memories, thank you. "
