"We had a large group of family/friends stay at this place for 4 nights. There were several adjustments we had to make to be comfortable but it was an overall positive stay. Although we knew there was no a/c, it was 105 degrees when we arrived and the home was around 94 degrees inside which was too much to handle, so we had to open all the windows and hang out outside until it was cool enough at night to come in. Also there was no ladder to climb up to the top bunk bed and there was a 74 year old...

"This house is incredible. It is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. There was a space for everything. A game area, very well stocked kitchen, dining room table, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside area was wonderful to sit out in during the morning and evenings. Our host was as very responsive and gracious. We have stayed in several homes and this is by far our favorite. "

"Bill and Bonita have the most well-appointed VRBO we have ever encountered. It is a great home with lots of areas to congregate. Two outside decks with great patio furniture. The views are spectacular. Bill was very responsive. We are remote workers who were bookending a three-day meeting in Redding. There was plenty of room for us to break away for some quiet time too. Lots of wildlife, deer, lizards, and other critters which was a bonus. Highly recommend this property. Loved it."

They offer all sorts of items to use with the property, like paddle boards and fishing poles. Our families came up for the weekend and the kids loved it. "This house was so perfect for us! We had six teens in the loft and 2 upstairs bedrooms. They enjoyed having their own space. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs room.
