"This hotel was extra clean and the staff was extremely helpful. There was a small glitch with the AC upon arrival and the staff went over and above to find us another room that was similar to the one we reserved. They monitored the AC and strongly encouraged us to let them know our comfort level in the room. Great breakfast, plenty of food choices. Will definitely return if we are in the area again! "

"The hotel is a fantastic little hotel. But, the bathroom is a little strange. The walls are all see through glass, so it’s a little awkward if you’re traveling with anybody. Loved the balcony overlooking the plaza. Good food options close by. Easy walk to anything if interest. Would stay again despite the odd bathroom set up. "

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of the ancient heart of Salamanca. The building itself is an historic building which has been repurposed tastefully as a hotel. The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful. One very small note of caution. The hotel's car park is very small and they don't take advance bookings. If you arrive significantly after check-in time it's unlikely you'll be able to park on-site. However, there serm to be other parking options relatively close by so really not a big problem."
