This hotel is in a great location, right on the outskirts of the Spanish quarter and close to a few metro stations and the port so you can get around very easily! The room was a bit tired, fittings in the shower coming off, but really appreciated the double glazing as Naples is a loud city! Lovely balcony looking out onto the street of Naples.
Only unfortunate incident was that when we came back from a day out, our balcony door had been left open from what we assume was the servicing staff, as we checked everything was locked upon leaving. When I told the staff about this on checkout, they just replied with 'ok' rather than any sort of apology which we found very disappointing.
Great location, wouldn't stay again.

The Front desk staff were awesome. Upgraded to a suite. The power shower is definitely a plus. On the downside was the noise on our last night ( party goers and perhaps garbage truck collection?????) it was impossible to sleep.

Location: We loved staying near Piazza Carità. It was close to many areas of interest and the metro. It was also extremely lively and walkable.
Property: Clean and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and it meant we would miss a night at the hotel. They were super helpful in adjusting our booking. A hassle-free experience. Special thanks to Expedia support for helping with this.
Overall, had a great time and would stay again.
