"The entire island of Venice was accessible from our location. We walked over 10,000 steps each day as an adventure to see all the shops and tourist sites. Our hotel was easy walking distance for at least 20 different restaurants. Entire house staff for this location were awesome. They were open for 24 hours to give directions and house clean."

"Giovanni met me at the water shuttle drop off. He escorted me back to the apartment where he showed me around and then explained his amazing yellow folder and map. Everything you want to do, see or eat has been outlined by Giovanni. If you have Google Maps its hard to get too lost. We enjoyed the apartment with the bells ringing nearby. The beds were comfortably firm and temperature was just right. Thank you Giovanni for the perfect stay. I hope we can be back to visit again. Donna"

"Great location in quiet neighborhood square close to St. Marks Sq. And Rialto. 3 floor house plenty of room with updated bathrooms and kitchen but home could use some freshening up with new paint. Nice stay for my father-son trip having separate spaces. Youā€™re in Venice with great restaurants so not likely you will need to use kitchen But there are no spices and glass wear and pots pans coffee maker etc all quite dated but we did enjoy our stay overall. "

"This was a great location for our family of 13 to stay! We loved having a balcony on the water which allowed us to use water taxi's. It is also a short walk to many things including the ferry station to Burano, Murano, etc. The home was clean and very nice. Communication with the host was perfect! Highly recommend!"

"The owners have gone all out with their renovations. Exceptional value! Recommend at least 3 full day minimum. Luigi and Jane coordinated our water taxi to and from the train station to their water gate right at the property courtyard entrance. Perfect stay for three couples. We think Venice is the most amazing city in Europe."
