Elegant Provencal country house in the heart of a large garden

This is our main home. Very elegant, it offers 200 m2 of haven of peace with its magnificent garden of 2000m2 and its swimming pool of 11mx4m. A pergola allows you to take your meals on the terrace. In a quiet residential area, the tram to Montpellier is 6 minutes' walk from the beaches, 15 minutes by car. The village 5 minutes away offers all the amenities and is charming. You will love admiring the 11m x 4m swimming pool from the Hammock in the 2000m2 garden. Our house, semi-detached from wood, very bright is ideal for a family.
Composed of a parental suite and 3 very comfortable bedrooms + 2 bathrooms upstairs. The ground floor opens onto a large terrace and a shaded pergola which overlooks the garden.
