This top floor (attico) luxury apartment is set with magnificent westerly views of historic Castelsardo and the Mediterranean. Few properties on the island have this quantity of space with this quality of panorama!
Air-conditioned apartment has a full kitchen, a separate living space, and 3 bedrooms, 2 with their own ensuite bathroom, plus 2 more full bathrooms. Sleeps 8 max (6 in bedrooms & 2 on sleeper sofa).
Street-side parking with private apartment entry.
Conveniently located near several public beaches and a main route with a short drive to many places of interest. Closest (secluded) beach is 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk (see pics); quaint historic Castelsardo center (& Castello Doria) is 2 km; Sassari is 30 km; Porto Torres and Costa Paradiso are 40 km; Stintino is 55 km. The nearest airports are Alghero (60 km) and Olbia (110 km) Airports.
A well-stocked Conad grocery store and a mini-market store (Jajo) are both a 1-minute drive away. SuperConcas & EuroSpin grocery stores are in and near the port of Castelsardo. Many shops, bars, cafe's, restaurants, etc., are all over the area.

La mejor vista de Castelsardo,
Llegamos al mediodía siguiendo las indicaciones del propietario y encontramos la casa sin problemas. Junto a la entrada pudimos dejar la Mercedes -Vito y, así, la descarga fue mucho más cómoda. El acceso a la casa con la clave facilitada fue sencilla, La casa estaba fresquita y nos recibió con un detalle del propietario, dejándonos agua fresca y una botellita de vino. Las habitaciones estaban impecables. El comedor amplio, con mesa pra ocho y una cocina que no le falta de nada.A destacar la levera-congelador. La terraza ha sido nuestro lugar de encuentro y donde hemos desayunado todos los días mirando al mar, con Castelsartdo de frente. Las cenas son una maravilla contemplando la puesta de sol sobre la colina de Castelsardo. Desde Terra Bianca hemos recorrido todo el norte desde Alguero. Recomendamos a grupos de amigos esta casa, ideal para seis, de forma encarecida.El propietario siempre ha estado dispuesto a resolver cualquier incidencia, cosa que no ha habido.

Great appartment with an incredible view
the apartment is alone on the last floor of a small building, the access is from the top so it’s like a house, the view is beautiful, the environment is very quiet, the small beach downstairs is very pretty and the owner is very attentive, proactive and responsive as soon as you have a question. Great place to stay ! thanks !
