"Hotel is very clean and modern. There is plenty of hot water and spare pillows in the room. However , the room is very tight and NO English tv. Even getting the new would give top marks"

"When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken."
