Check in was super easy thanks to the wonderful staff at Cinque Terre Riviera who made it all seamless including the lovely care package of coffees, cookies and cornetti. "Il mio soggiorno a Rapallo è stato reso immensamente più confortevole e piacevole dal mio soggiorno al Best Western Plus Tigullio Royal Hotel. Il personale è stato super cordiale, cortese e molto efficiente. All'arrivo, mi è stato offerto un upgrade a una camera con vista mare completa (180 gradi). La prima sera, mentre ero fuori a cena, mi è stata fatta trovare una bottiglia di champagne in camera. La colazione era spettacolare, super varia con frutta fresca, noci, salumi e formaggi, un'ampia varietà di dolci e a un prezzo molto ragionevole.
