While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around."

"Wonderful to just walk out the door and onto the beach! Everything was nice: well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer etc. Some construction still going on, but this is the case for most places in Fort Myers Beach and it never bothered us. Great place to stay."

"In addition to the absolutely beautiful weather we had on our trip, this condo was also gorgeous. From waking up to sunrises, watching sunsets, and soaking up the sun in between, we could not have asked for a better place to wake up in and settle into each night!This property has EVERY amenity you could ask for INCLUDED with your stay, which I will list so you know what you can leave at home; pool, hot tub, bicycles, 6 beach chairs, lots of sand toys, pool toys, laundry, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body hair wash/conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, ironing board, coolers and ice packs for the beach, hair driers, tennis/pickleball equipment, games, roku tv in each bedroom living room, guest parking passes, beach towels, and probably more that I am missing!The residents of the building were SO friendly, we truly had an amazing trip, in large part to this condo and the laid back atmosphere it allowed us to embrace.It was also great to see Fort Myers coming back to life after all of the Hurricane Ian damage. It still has a ways to go to get back to what it offered 2 years ago, but many businesses had figured out ways to keep their operations up and running, allowing vacation amenities (ie. restaurants, mini golf, night life, etc.) to still be readily accessible. 100/10 - Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!! "Location, location, location! Unobstructed views, directly at the beach! Quiet neighborhood and clean and welcoming home. All the essentials are available and the property manager made the whole process very easy and organized. Great place for a family to stay, kids will love the sandy beach and tons of shells."
