Great place terrible beds

"Amazing location. Very good for exploring Banff. Just by the Bow river and Castle mountain. However the beds were awful. Old and comfy at all. Got a terrible back pain afterwards."

"Main foyer was very cute , rooms were more old school- room was quite dark . Rooms smelt a little like smoke, but we later found out it was because they use a fire place to warm up the hotel. Hot pool was also very enjoyable"
