"I booked this because I thought it was cute but the pictures don't do it justice. I had stayed at a 5 star hotel during my stay in Portugal and I enjoyed this adorable Chalet just as much. The property had so much character and charm and I absolutely loved our room. It was very clean and well decorated. I just loved everything about this stay. Wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Will return someday and stay longer. "

"Our room was fairly small and not luxurious, but it was very clean and totally adequate for us. The location is great. Very close to the National Palace and historic center of Sintra and easy walking distance to the Quinta da Regaleira. Lots of restaurants and shops very nearby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. No complaints and I would recommend it. "

"The hotel is charming and centrally located. Sintra is a beautiful city with many enchanting palaces to see. The city is very walkable. In Sintra, the Uber and taxi fares' costs were reasonable. Ella, our hotel receptionist, gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The buffet breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend the Sintra Boutique Hotel if you are visiting Sintra, Portugal."

"One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed. I would come back to Sintra for the sole purpose of staying here. The attention to detail is amazing and the rooms are over the top fantastic. We were in room 2 and it’s mindblowingly beautiful. Loved the grounds, the peacocks, and breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and let us keep our car there after checkout so we could tour the sights during the day. "Our host Armie made our stay pleasant, she was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was within walking distance to Historic Sintra and tourist sites. Parking on site made our stay worth it. We loved this place."

"It is a bit difficult to call Uber because they need a QR code to go inside the property. Once, they give us a QR code doesn't work, the car can't go inside, we need to carry our grocery walk back to the hotel, and it is a inclined road."

"Moon Hill is in an excellent location, near the bus and train stations. I even used it for a base to visit Lisbon. My large and warm solo room was quiet, and the kitchen very useful. "
