"Great location, close to the central square. The hotel is basic but that is reflected in the price. The rooms are entirely adequate, clean and warm. We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a decent continental offering. You check in via a machine at the front door at which point you pay and receive a code to access the hotel and your room; we therefore had no cause to deal with any hotel staff - no issue with any of that, the system worked well. "Maison bien agencée (bravo aux propriétaires pour tous les travaux de rénovation), bien conçue et très agréable à vivre. Située dans la campagne, au calme, mais tout de même proche des commodités et du centre ville de Castres (en voiture). Pas mal d'activités ou visites à faire dans la région si la piscine ne vous suffit pas :). Propriétaires très sympathiques, toujours disponibles et réactifs (malgré le fait qu'eux-aussi étaient partis en vacances). Merci à eux pour ce séjour de détente au...

"Well located by the river. Comfortable. Good secure parking. Friendly welcome. "

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."
