"L'appartement est situé dans un quartier plutôt calme avec de nombreux commerces et des restaurants intéressants.Le parking (inclu) est indispensable car les places de parking dans ce coin sont très difficiles à trouver.Je ne mets que 3 étoiles car :- Il a été impossible d'obtenir les informations d'accès à l'appartement avant mon départ malgré 2 relances 15 jours avant la date de location- les informations ont été reçu en cours de journée le jour de la location via Whatsapp sans que je sois...

"El propietario es muy amable y atento, nos habló dos dias antes para darnos las instrucciones. El apartamento estaba tal y como esperábamos, y es muy fácil aparcar ya que debajo hay muchas plazas. Lo recomendamos completamente."

"Tuve que lavar los cojines porque olían a mugre pero los verdes aún así seguían oliendo mal los beige no , hacía demasiado calor y nos dijeron que no prenden el aire y como eran las 4 la de la limpieza ya se había ido ya no podíamos tener un ventilador que fuéramos al parque jaja "

"La estancia en el piso estuvo agradable en general. Sin embargo creemos que se podría mejorar: - la limpieza, el piso estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos (sobre todo los baños). - la calefacción, debería poder ajustarla los clientes, o que al menos esté a una temperatura más agradable. - faltaba cubertería y trapos en la cocina. - el baño pequeño olía muy fuerte a tubería y el olor no desapareció de toda la semana. En general hemos estado cómodos, pero pensamos que no se merece un 5/5."

"The apartment was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linen and towels. The parking is very close and secure, and the apartment is located on Calle Gascona with a number of lovely Siderias and wonderful restaurants. The Cathedral and museums are all within a 10 min walk. We will look to stay there on our next trip to Oviedo."
