BEACHFRONT Property with Room for Everyone

“Sea La Vie” is a beautifully updated property with room for everyone just STEPS away from the beach. Enjoy the gorgeous views and peaceful atmosphere. This home is located in a gated community packed with many amenities. This home boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Three bedrooms have a king size bed in each room. The fourth bedroom has a full bed along with a twin over full bunk bed that kids will love.

The house features a full coffee bar, BBQ, washer/dryer, and stocked kitchen. There are also plenty of toys, beach gear, books and games for all ages. Relax on the front or back patio, or take a walk down the beach and soak up the ocean air. Great spot for seasonal whale watching and keep an eye out for other sea life all year long!

Perfect location to enjoy many wonderful spots in the area. Head north on Highway 1 and grab a meal at The Whole Enchilada or other restaurants in Moss Landing. Keep heading north towards Santa Cruz and Capitola. Phil's Fish Market in Castroville is also nearby! Grab your golf clubs and head south on Highway 1 to Pebble Beach or any other of the world class golf courses in the area. The Monterey Bay Aquarium on Cannery Row is an easy 20 minute drive. A few minutes further south you will find Carmel-by-the-Sea, a lovely spot packed with excellent shopping, art and dining. This beautiful area of the California coast offers something for everyone and every age. Flying in from out of state? The Monterey Regional Airport is a 20 minute drive away and the San Jose International Airport is about an hour away. No matter what brings you here, we are confident that you will enjoy every moment of your stay!

Steps away from the beach
This was our second visit to Sea La Vie and once again did not disappoint! The attention to detail provided by the host is amazing. Perfect for families like ours with small children. The weather was gorgeous, the beach, the aquarium, the memories made exceptional. Already planning our return trip.

Our stay was perfect for all four families. We had a perfect time together in Gina's home: the beach was clean and private; the pool and hot tub was in good condition; she has beach chairs, towels, toys, games, and even a welcoming bottle of wine and sparkling apple juice. We will come again!

Blissful Beach
We traveled with a group of ladies and 1 infant for a wonderful long weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach with almost no one else around. The home was beautifully decorated with ample supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room, beach chairs/towels/toys/blankets along with the extra touches of a welcome bag/card/gift which we all enjoyed! The beds were very comfortable with options for type of pillow (feather/foam), bathroom toiletries and both room fans and space heaters (we didn't need the heat). The 'kids' room had books and toys as well. The view from the upper main suite was to die for. Loved watching the wild life. Very safe gated community. Places to see and do things were just a short drive away. Gina was the best host. Loved it all, thank you Gina!

Family reunion
House met our expectations, was as advertised, and provided an excellent home for getting together with our far-flung family. The younger ones enjoyed surfing in nearby Capitola, hiking, running and time on the beach. Home was clean and well furnished, especially the kitchen, which had all the utensils we needed. The host was easy to communicate with, and went all out to return an item we accidentally left.

Perfect beach holiday!
This is the second time staying at this property and it was just as lovely as the first time! It is very spacious with everything you need! We felt as if we were the only ones on the beach with no crowds at all. Beautiful memories for the whole family!

Gorgeous view from the 2nd story master suite deck. Perfect place for morning coffee for two. The 1st floor also has floor to ceiling views to the ocean and plenty of room for family & large table for games. We even completed a 1000 piece disney puzzle on the coffee table--the puzzle was one of the things we found amongst the many games in the laundry room. Lots of fun toys for the littles upstairs, entertaining books, highchair, booster seat & changing pad. Plenty of rooms for our growing family. Very comfortable stay. However, one upstairs king room is more of a loft with windows into the living room area rather than having their own ocean view windows to the ocean air. Not as quiet & private as expected. That was misleading and a bit disappointing.

Sea La Vie is a gem! Great house, all the comforts of home, comfortable beds and the views and beach access are AMAZING! Wonderful Family Trip!

Bringing in the New Year!
Incredible stay! The whole family was able to come together comfortably to bring in the new year with a breathtaking backdrop. The house is beautiful with lots of little extras. Great location. Beautiful beach, quiet and safe community with so many nearby activities, beautifully decorated and comfortable home with so many amenities for cooking, babycare, beach fun. Lots of games, places to relax, amazing views, and creature comforts. We did not use the tvs ( one in every room) or internetbut nice to have if needed. Boardwalk out back porch leads to large beach for long walks, sand play, shelling, and watching pelicans and shore birds. Close to monterey aquarium and phil’s fish restaurant. Hot tub was nice too. We ran out of time before we ran out of fun. My inly tip for guests may be that noise does travel to the bedrooms rather easily. So all tried to retire at the same time.

We loved the place. It was clean and it had all we needed for our week stay. The instruction booklet was super helpful. It was right on the beach over some dunes. We had 8 people stay and there was plenty of room. Ended up having family come during the day so we had about 15 big ol beefy people and it wasn't too cramped. We had an issue where my brother brought his dogs. Doh! So I reached out to Gina and she informed me that the colony has a not dog policy for rentals. Such is life. It took us a bit to figure it out but before we had a place for them Gina said she felt bad and would happily watch the dogs for us. What the what!?! Above and beyond. I would highly recommend renting this unit.
