I made some meals in-unit by choice but even in winter, there are good restaurant options within a mile, including the pier nearby. The furniture is a little dated but it was fine because we had two little kids who could care less and we were always moving. The location is perfect we could walk to everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. The communication with property management was okay. They emailed me before our trip asking if we wanted to book an extra day since it was open...

"The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again."

"My 10 year old and I spent a weekend here and it was lovely! Nice space for the two of us and fun location near the aquarium. The condo was clean overall but the kitchen supplies were not. All dishes and utensils were dirty. Only one pot was usable. The rest were gross. No dish soap or tin foil. Would stay again but bring my own pots and disposable plates! "

"Loved the property. My only complaint would be that if you stay during the busy season is the parking. You might have to move your car or ask someone to move theirs because 3 cars park in a slip."
