"Really nice house, on a good location, the owner was really helpful to us and I had one of my best vacations here in Salou. Everything that you need was there, it was all still very new. The kitchen, the bathrooms, everything was perfectly fine and worked perfectly. Had a great time here with my friends, and I highly recommend this place if you want to visit Salou with a group or with your family. "

"Die Lage ist wunderbar, wir waren Ende Dezember da. Jedoch ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und für die Jahreszeit nicht geeignet. Wir hatten eine mobile Strom-Heizung für das riesige Wohnzimmer und eine Klimaanlage im kleinen Flur mit Heizfunktion für drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder (perfekt um mit Schwiegereltern mit offener Tür zu schlafen). Das alles reicht nicht um das Gebäude warm zu halten, geschweige die Feuchtigkeit rauszubekommen und Wärme reinzubringen.Somit mussten wir den Ofen...

"Bonjour,Nous louons avec nos amis 3 maisons tous les ans et c’est la première fois que je vois une maison aussi mal entretenue et délabrée.Mais les soucis n'ont pas commencé à ce moment, avant notre arrivé le propriétaire nous informe que nous devons payer 100 euros de plus (que nous avons payé en espèce à notre arrivé) pour le linge de maison alors que ce n’est pas indiqué dans l'annonce.La piscine de la villa n’est pas chauffée alors qu’il est indiqué dans l'annonce qu elle l'est. "Very nice villa lovely neighborhood. Beautiful view. Beds lounge kitchen spot on. Outside paths and lighting need a bit of maintenance. We would stay there again."

"Our stay there was great. The house is spacious, there are 2 separate flats. It is fully equiped with everything you need. Every room has an air-conditioning unit. The pool is big, clean, there is an outdoor shower and toilet. In the garden there is a barbecue with a seating area. The beaches are close, sea water is incredibly clear. Not far from the house there is Mercadona, some restaurants. If you want to do some sightseeing, I´d recommend Tarragona and its Roman monuments, Reus with a Gaudí...

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa ! L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes de la plage et dans un quartier tranquille. Les différentes terrasses, le jardin et la piscine nous ont permis de nous relaxer lors de notre séjour et la grande cuisine était parfaite pour de bons apéros et repas entre amis. "

"Pros: The house had everything we needed and more, with all the facilities as shown in the pictures and plenty of space inside and outside. Was very clean and tidy on arrival. Marcelo the host was great, easy communication before arriving, friendly, helpful during the stay with recommendations of places to eat, taxis etc and flexible with check out times. Cons: Nothing wrong in regards to the villa, but no local shop so need to plan trips ahead for food/drink. Didn’t cause us any problems...
